this is incredibly overdue!! been crazily busy due to the upcoming nus open house!! we just saw lc cheng on friday. we will be seeing him weekly as the EDD draws near. melvin and yufen was also there. after waiting for awhile, melvin came out saying that marcus's head has engaged, which medically means the equator of his head has fitted into the pelvic area and ready to be born!! however, lc cheng said it will be within the next week or so! melvin was kinda disappointed!! guess he's like me, cant wait for our sons to be born!!! finally it was our turn as one fo the nurse, betsy pushed us ahead! ahahah....same routine qns, how r u? anything to highlight? hahaha....then he checked if ryan's head was engaged. and.....no, not yet!!! sigh! he could still feel the equator of his head. guess he is too comortable in veron's tummy & cant bear to come out!! veron alwasy wanted him to only come out during the upcoming march hols!! did the v-swab once again and i could the look on veron's face, kinda unbearable! sign of things to come! hahahah...he checked ryan's heartbeat and everything was fine, blood pressure was great as well! same thing, to see him in a week's time again. both melvin and i are so excited!!! who will pop first! hahaha...we agreed to be there whoever decides to pop first!!! hahahha...told him i will help him clear the way for him at TMC!! both of us booked the 1-bedder and are so looking forward to staying there!!! ahahahah.....sms pre-written, all ready to blast out to everyone!! we will be engaging siew pin to be ryan's PD and have referred melvin to her as well! both of us using the same gynae, same hospital and now even same PD!! hahaha...after TMC, we went to the taka fair to try and grab any good buys. sadly, nothing much except for the pillow and bolster set, some toys, crib mobile and some long pants. met yang and winny for dinner as they planned to watch a movie. we ate at ajisen dining and although the presentation was fantastic, the quality sucked!! pricey at that as well! then we shopped around for our diaper bag again and then went home. ian, julia and ken came over for a short session of mahjong that night.we spent yesterday shopping at IMM and then went over to rod's place to get the cot. tried so hard to dismantle but to no avail. decided to try to put the whole darn thing into the car and it fits!! kudos to our SUV!!! went back up to play wif chrissy and then we saw the cabinet he bought for ian's room! marvelously cheap (43 bucks from giant) and nice! same quality as those from IKEA which will easily cost more than a 100 bucks! decided to pop by after dinner at my mum's place to buy a set. he prewarned that it was mightily heavy and i thought i could manage!! i was almost wrong! the darn thing weighed a tonne!!! had so much trouble carrying it to the cashier and thereafter to the car where veron was waiting! all this hard work and numb fingers for our lil boy! decided to open up and air first before we assemble to get rid of the unbearable smell!went to church this morning and then ate brunch with veron's parents and went up to their place to tidy up and prepare the room! so much to pack and arrange to prepare for ryan's arrival!! many MTBs in the singaporemotherhood.com forum have popped and have shared their birth stories!! guess we will be sharing ours soon! yehhhhhhh! till the next update!!
